I let you wonder
I let you wonder
There the answer lies, beyond the reasoning of facts,
Beyond the knowledge of plain ideas,
Past the place of common sight, where the blind too can see;
Past usual signs and palpable realization,
There, hidden in a word so simple yet very complex
There, where only the courageous dare venture
And I keep it there, partly because I love the curiosity in your wondering eyes,
Partly because I admire the silence that suddenly effuses
Partly because it’s what brings you here hoping to find it;
And for these and many reasons I keep it there; I let you wonder,
But most importantly, because you wouldn’t ASK.
